I have a poor credit and I work for myself .I need a personal loan with no fees up front .Is this possible?(I have a poor credit)

Personal loans are nearly impossible to obtain for people with excellent credit, high income, well-documented long-term employment and long-standing relationships with their bank.
You have no chance of obtaining a personal loan with less than excellent credit. Even with a cosigner who meets all the above qualifications, your chances of obtaining such a personal loan are very poor. Banks are NOT lending! Especially not lending without collateral – mortgages and car loans are hard to get these days.
