Question by Phillip D: I have several pay day loans and I need to file chapter 13 bankruptcy can I?
I originally got a pay day loan to help out with some bills. Then I had to get another to pay the interest and so on and so on the same thing now I have 10. I have other debt as well and I need to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy so I can get back on my feet. Can I include the pay day loans even though I had gotten some of them recently but they all are past due as of yesterday?

Best answer:

Answer by Lady D
It’s possible, but I wouldn’t get anymore as that could put you at risk of being charged with fraud. Talk to your bankruptcy attorney.

I hope this is a good lesson to you and others who read this question. Payday loans and title loans have such a high rate of interest that they can be nearly impossible to pay back. Many of them have payments structured to where you are really paying 400-800% interest! These are predatory lenders. It’s better to reduce your bills and go without a few things you might not need than to mortgage your future to these jackals.

I have a poor credit and I work for myself .I need a personal loan with no fees up front .Is this possible?(I have a poor credit)

Best answer:

Answer by ibu guru
Personal loans are nearly impossible to obtain for people with excellent credit, high income, well-documented long-term employment and long-standing relationships with their bank.

You have no chance of obtaining a personal loan with less than excellent credit. Even with a cosigner who meets all the above qualifications, your chances of obtaining such a personal loan are very poor. Banks are NOT lending! Especially not lending without collateral – mortgages and car loans are hard to get these days.

Question by happy2day-sMiLe4mE!: who is the best ‘pay day loan’?
I am needing just a few hundred dollars this month.
However, do they make you pay it back entirely ‘your next pay check’ you have to pay the entire amount back?
Or can you pay it back within a few pay periods?
Also, how has the lowest interst rate?

I really have no other choice, no other option.
cause i know this suxxxxx..

Best answer:

Answer by PooPooLaTrash
None of them are ideal as they all have breathtakingly high interest rates. You wind up paying back much much more than you borrowed, which can dig yourself in deeper.

That said, Advance America probably has the lowest APRs. Typically, you pay it back the next time you are paid which is really the best. The other places that allow you to pay back over time assess the high interest as well as a reprocessing fee every time you “extend” the loan and will do nothing to pay back the principle.

Flat Rock, MI (PRWEB) January 28, 2009

Homeowners are looking for help paying their mortgages. At the same time, mortgage lenders are attempting to contact these same homeowners.

All of the major banks are launching loan modification strategies, but the implementation is slow. The challenge–how do you bring these two motivated parties together efficiently and track these complex loan modifications to success?

Until today it was a confusing mess of eligible customer lists, contact sheets, loan files, telephone calls, emails, and legal correspondence. Now it is a centralized loan modification system that can manage all of your eligible customers and work-out management.

“We bring an excellent blend of mortgage experience and process automation to the table in these challenging times,” says Keith Burwell, Kaleidico’s head of business development. “The mortgage business is in dramatic upheaval, which is why we have focused our software on solving today’s mortgage problems.”

Loan modifications are today’s mortgage problem. Every major mortgage bank and servicer is attempting to work-out their troubled loans and help borrowers. Unfortunately, this process is not as smooth and streamlined as the heyday of mortgage refinance loans. These bankers need to efficiently contact and follow up on hundreds of thousands of loan modifications in every region of the United States.

Kaleidico’s icoSales mortgage CRM is already designed to be a complete mortgage sales and marketing platform. However, the latest enhancements allow mortgage operations to streamline the loan modifications workflows and processes immediately, without expensive custom software or implementations.

Implementation of icoSales loan modification CRM is a simple configuration for existing customers and new customers can be working on loan modifications, using icoSales, the same day.

Kaleidico’s CRM system was arguably the ground-breaking loan modification system, used by a major bank’s loan modification programs in over 300 branches.

Kaleidico’s new loan modification system allows mortgage operations to:

Efficiently manage thousands of eligible loan modification customers
Distribute loan modification leads to local loan officers to help local homeowners
Manage and provide accountable follow-up to loan modifications and inquiries
Document and track custom loan work-out workflows and processes
Provide real-time reporting of every detail of every loan modification in the system
“Kaleidico did a significant amount of enhancements to help the first major banks to modify loans effectively manage thousands of eligible customers,” explains Keith Burwell, “and these improvements are now available to the entire loan modification market–speeding aid to troubled homeowners.”

This latest addition to icoSales mortgage CRM is just another example of Kaleidico’s commitment to the mortgage market customer. Kaleidico watches the mortgage market with you, so we are ready with the solutions you need.

Quincy, MA (PRWEB) April 12, 2004

College graduation is just around the corner, along with a nasty surprise for the class of 2004 – higher average student loan balances than ever before. According to the National Student Loan Survey, in 1997, the average undergraduate came away with $ 11,400 in debt; this year, the average undergraduate will leave with an estimated $ 21,900. Graduate student debt has followed the same trajectory, rising from $ 21,000 in 1997 to an estimated $ 35,980, due largely to tuition increases over the past few years.

Most student loans have repayment terms which include a ten year repayment schedule. For the average undergraduate, that’s an estimated $ 216 per month, about the cost of an economy car payment. Graduate students pay the equivalent of a mid-range BMW with their student loan payments. All of this assumes that the current 31-year low in interest rates will remain the same in the next ten years, an unlikely scenario. Marketvector.com already projects the 91-day T-bill rate (which is used annually to determine student loan rates) to rise by approximately 0.5%, adding an additional $ 1,000 or more to the total interest paid for the average student loan.

The silver lining in what is otherwise a fairly dark cloud is that federal student loan consolidation can help to reduce these payments by extending the loan term and locking in current, low fixed rates. Joe Cronin, director of StudentLoanConsolidator.com, notes, “Federal student loan consolidation helps new graduates be more flexible in the kinds of jobs they look for by not immediately enslaving them to unbearable loan payments. Consolidating with today’s rates (which expire July 1, 2004) will save the average graduating student 44% on their monthly payments. Students with higher loan balances can save even more, up to 58% per month.”

Graduates and students graduating prior to July 1, 2004 are urged to consolidate as soon as they are out of school. Locking in current rates can save thousands of dollars, as long as graduates apply by May 15, 2004. Students can consolidate their loans by visiting http://www.StudentLoanConsolidator.com and applying online, or calling 877-328-1565.

###

Contact Joe Cronin at the Edvisors Network at jcronin@StudentLoanConsolidator.com for more information; to apply for a student loan consolidation, graduates should visit http://www.StudentLoanConsolidator.com as soon as possible.

London, England (PRWEB) April 27, 2010

UK loans provider, Today Loans, today announced that it will be launching the second of a new online loan quotation tool specifically geared to help those consumers struggling to find a competitive rate of loan.

The loan quotation tool (planned to be released at the end of June 2010), will provide prospective applicants with a snapshot of the best loan deals currently available on the market, whilst at the same time highlighting any potential pitfalls associated with a particular product.

Spokesman for Today Loans, Andy Hygate stated “Everyone needs extra cash from time to time, for emergency expenses, a holiday, or to help pay routine household bills. But especially during these times of extreme economic crisis and tight credit it can be challenging to find a decent consumer loan”.

Hidden costs with some loans:

Payment Protection Insurance

Probably the biggest extra cost to consumers. When you get a quote for a loan many lenders put pressure on you to take out payment protection insurance, which covers your repayments in the event that you suffer an accident or are unable to work due to sickness/unemployment. However, what many lenders fail to point out is that this insurance is completely optional (even though many lenders apply significant pressure to buy it!).

Adding Protection Insurance to your loan doesn’t actually increase the advertised APR, but this rip-off insurance will add around £1000 to the total cost of a loan of around £5000.

Early Redemption Penalties

Early redemption charges can be misleading, but put simply if you pay a loan off early the lender is not going to make as much money from you as originally anticipated. As a consequence, many lenders apply early repayment fees to their products, effectively increasing the APR over what was originally quoted.

Additional fees

Another issue which many people over look is the tendency for lenders to apply hefty fees for the draw down/delivery of loan advances. For example, some lenders charge a fee for the transfer of same day funds (before 3pm) to a bank account via the CHAPS payment system

Borrowing money can be a smart move, but only if it is done with careful deliberation and a thorough understanding of what a loan contract stipulates. With over 16,000 loan applications processed since the start of Jan 2007, Today Loans has an un-matched depth of knowledge within the secured loans industry, and hopes the advent of the new quote tool will help more consumers find their perfect loan.
